Trouble Updating my Chapter Roster on the PRSSA Website

Hi, I've been struggle to complete option 2 in order to pay dues, as I do not seem to have access to adding new members to my chapter's roster or even renewing old members. While I am able to see the chapter roster, the buttons to actually interact with or change it are completely missing. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it? Both my treasurer and I have attempted to contact Ben Castleman and our District Ambassador to no effect. Thanks for your help!
