Release of New Go Protocol Buffer API

Hi all,

A new API for Go protocol buffers has been released with the google.golang.org/protobuf module. It supersedes the older github.com/golang/protobuf module. The new release provides first-class support for protobuf reflection and a cleaned up API surface.
