Protobuf Fails to compile using VS2013

Hello,

I checked out protobuf code (Tag 3.10) from GitHub and generated Visual Studio 2013 solution files using CMake 3.13.2.

Trying to compile a Release Win32 binary in the VS IDE gives me 15834 errors!

Not sure whats going on. Is there anything not in the build documentation that one needs todo?
