Patch mod_bosh and mod_websocket to allow overriding the GET response body

Hello

As discussed in the Prosody MUC, here is a patch to add config settings
for overriding the default GET response body for the BOSH and websocket
modules.

Thanks for the patch! Pushed as https://hg.prosody.im/trunk/rev/2764beb552cd

Note that I modified the BOSH config option to be 'bosh_get_response_body' for consistency.
