Commit request for mod_blocking_controls

Hi.

I'm the author of the mod_blocking_controls module, published on Codeberg.

My module has since been used by a few servers, mainly Queer Spark. but I'd like to publish it in the Prosody community modules so that it can be discovered and used by more operators

Can I request commit request to the repository where the modules are hosted? (or however it goes)
