how match PersistentVolume and device name from Node-exporter?

Hi All,

I'm using node-exporter on K8s (Azure AKS) for gathering metrics about disk usage (IOPS, queue length, latency, etc).

How can I match "device" attribute (sda, sdb, sdc,....) with correspondent PV resources?
