Prometheus disk full scenario

Hi,

I'm running a Prometheus with a PVC on K8S.

What can we do when Prometheus consumes the entire disk space (8Gi)? Assume, I have already configured it at installation both time (15d) and size based retention (8Gi). 

I want to restore my Prometheus Service and free up some space. Any ideas?
