How to automate to add the new Node Exporters to the targets array of prometheus.yml

Fellas,

Asking for inputs for an old question asked in Prometheus Github: https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/issues/2881

I have the setup as shown below:

Ansible deployment of Prometheus Server and Node exporter onto Kubernenets Cluster of 3 nodes

However, when the threshold reaches limits, Kubernenets will add new pods and node exporter will get installed (assuming). I am trying to find out a way to add those new node exporter pod entires into the prometheus.yaml file for node level metrics scraping.

Any help here fellas will be appreciated.
