Prometheus alert to Azure Log Analytics

Hi All,

Here is my scenario.

i have Prometheus monitoring enabled in few VMs in Azure env and want to pass/pipe the alerts generated from Prometheus to Azure LogAnalytics in the same Subscription.

Need a little help on that.
