Prometheus shows data only for the last 3.30 hours

to Prometheus Users

Prometheus shows data only for the last 3.30 hours. storage.tsdb.retention.time has the default value which is 15d.

But in prometheus and Grafana it shows the data only for 3.30 hours .If anyone faced similar issue , please let us know the solution for this issue.
