access to metric pod to different kubernetes cluster tbco

i have a prometheus that have to reach 3 different cluster

inside this 3 cluster there is several pod that expose a 9095 port for metric

as in the screensht

i'm able to access to the other cluster usi apiserver option

but i am unable to create a target like for example

nodeaddress:nodeport

how i can do this?
