Postgres Exporter add query label to pg_stat_activity related metrics

Hey folks,

Tried to add extra labels like the actual query in postgres exporter. 

While I had luck adding the query to the `pg_stat_statement` collector, for pg_stat_activity is not as straight-forward.

Any help on where it would be the ideal place to add it?
