grafana dashboard as alert rule source

Hi Team,

could someone point to the documentation , if available, on configuring custom source for an alert. 

Background is, I have loki evaluating rules and sending alerts to my alertmanager. I want to add a source link to the alert that takes them to a grafana dashboard. is the possible? and yes any documentation available on doing that?
