Not able to configure the Idrac exporter with Prometheus

Dear all,
I have tried to monitor the idrac servers with (galexrt/dellhw_exporter) and (prometheus) but after the configuration of dellhw_exporter and prometheus it showing an error in exporter as "(msg="processors collector failed after 0.040872s: exit status 255")" For all the collectors . whether I have missed any other configuration .Can any one please help to resolve this issue , thanks in advance.
