Are there any pressure testing tools that can be used to test the performance of Prometheus?

It depends on what you want to test

I'm not sure just testing a GET on prom-ip:9090/ is going to tell you much.

Maybe a bunch of get for metrics with large datasets could you benchmark the processing power.
