Concatenate metrics into single string

I have an SNMP device that returns its firmware version as three separate metrics like this:

firmwareBuildVersion 0
firmwareMajorVersion 9
firmwareMinorVersion 6

Is there a way to combine this into a single string like "0.9.6" ?
