AWS RDS Enhanced Metrics into Prometheus

Hi,

Could you please help me with getting AWS RDS Enhanced monitoring metrics into Prometheus? I have tried using cloudwatch-exporter but it works only for regular cloudwatch metrics.

I am specifically looking for "total disk space allocated to RDS instance" which is not the part of regular cloudwatch metrics.

I also tried https://github.com/percona/rds_exporter but "rds_exporter" binary itself is missing from the code available on github. Has someone used this exporter before?

What indication do you have that cloudwatch_exporter only works for basic metrics? There's nothing in the code that indicates as such.I presume you are talking about https://github.com/prometheus/cloudwatch_exporter
