Count of Count_over_time is resulting the previous non-null values forever until next changed value. (Aggregate every 1 hour)

Count of Count_over_time is resulting the previous non-null values forever until next changed value.

Here, we have step interval as 1h and want to get the count of activities every 1hr as bar.

Repeating last-not-null is happening for time series graphs too. There is nothing we can do on the grafana side as the result comes from prometheus as it is.

Setting None at grafana won't help here. I have collected the same results from prometheus, looks it is query issue.

Could you please help me to get the count of activities every 1 hour  and it is of type gauge.
