Hi all,
I would like to collect metrics from multiple microservice instances running in a Kubernetes cluster. Therefore I configure a target in the Prometheus.yml with the target endpoint (e.g. http://xxx.xxx.xx/my-service:3000. There is a loadbalancer before the scaled up microservices. In my understanding it is randomly wich mircoservice metrics Prometheus scrapes. Am I right? What would be the best practice to solve this issue?

Thank you in advance!

You need to scrape the individual pods, not the load-balanced service.
