Hi all.

In our setup we use the blackbox exporter to monitor reachability of some webapp endpoints.
Much like a lot of other webapps out there, even ours lazily load content.

In such a context the blackbox exporter works fine to be sure the endpoint is reachable but is useless to check that the webapp has correctly loaded, since it stops at the first 200 reply.

I quickly skimmed the exporter's wiki in search of an alternative but I'm not sure there is anything for our use case. Do you guys have any suggestions on the matter?

Thanks in advance,
F.

Does your app honor headers controlling caching? You could specify headers in your blackbox exporter module that would signal your app to not retrieve data from cache.
