Document recording rules

Hello,

I am working on adding recording rules. But I dont see how to document them in the code.

We have `HELP` entry for metrics, `description` and `summary` for alerts. what about recording rules?

That's a very interesting idea. I don't think that's possible right now. But maybe file a feature request on github?
