Any exporter to collect metrics of SAN Fabric Switch including CPU usage

to Prometheus Users

I checked SNMP exporter but it only contains metrics regarding ports. I am looking for metrics like CPU, Memory, errors, last reboot etc. Could someone please suggest if it is possible to scrape these metrics by using any other exporter. Thanks in advance.
