I am getting This Error:
Is there a way to update the metric value associated with an already existing timestamp?
Error on ingesting samples with different value but same timestamp

No, you cannot backfill data in prometheus. But how are you ending up with samples with different value but the same timestamp?
Is it possible that you have two different timeseries, but are not giving them unique labels? Can you show the output of the exporter you're scraping?
