Promtheus query index confusion

My Prometheus is installed by isto, and I use the index isto_ request_total queries the total number of service calls, the indicator of the decisive time counter is cleared. I asked the relevant developers of isto and found that it is normal, but they also said that the total number of calls is still recorded in Prometheus, so I want to know how I should query?

I used this SQL query, and the result is different from Jaeger. Can you tell me the specific SQL?
