Containerize Exporters

I want to create docker image of exporters which I am using in my project along with my configuration. 

For example, I want to download mongodb exporter and then add my configuration like data souce name,password and create docker image so that for my upcoming new projects I just have to add this docker image created by me. Can anybody help me with that how I can do that? Earlier I was using .sh file (shared here) to download exporter from github and then add my configuration and run it. I want convert this into a docker container so that I can just schedule a task for my new projects to download that image and run it.
