HTTP API | DELETE | all with time range not working

Can anyone help me here ?

What did you do?
I was trying to clean up all metrics 1599141970(GMT: Thursday, September 3, 2020 2:06:10 PM) time 1599142090(GMT: Thursday, September 3, 2020 2:08:10 PM)

What did you expect to see?

All the metrics will be cleaned up falling under the time range 1599141970 - 1599142090

What did you see instead? Under which circumstances?
It won't work , No deletion at all
