plot time only time series

I've a time series of process start times

05-26-2020 05:56:00

05-26-2020 09:36:00

..

So its a single time series. I want to plot these in grafana on x-axis with a dot indicator on y-axis.

Is there a way to translate this into a boolean time series?

I tried this to no avail.

time() == <mytimeseries>
