Custom Email Template

I have been trying to create a custom AlertManager template and keep running into this error in the AlertManager repo, "html/template no such template". Does anyone have a link to a repository with a working custom email template that I may model my code after?

I'm not sure I know of a public repo to point you to, but if you share an example set of configs here that creates that problem for you, I'm sure people will be able to help.
