Are retries to webhook from Alertmanager configurable?

Hi All ,

We are exploring alertmanager for a use case in my organization. I wanted to know if we can configure the retry related parameters( like maximum number of retries , interval , etc) in alertmanager

I think this is something that should be handled in a proxy between Alertmanager and the webhook receiver of your choice. Alertmanager itself does not include options like that (https://prometheus.io/docs/alerting/latest/configuration/#webhook_config).

And a bit off-topic: May I ask what where the webhooks are located?
