Alert manager not sending specific alerts

Hi folks,

I m pretty new with alert manager and I have been trying to setup a working configuration as a test. So far I have four alerts. The only alert that is ever firing is InstanceDown. I notice in grafana that there are instances which meet some of the requirements for the other alerts as well but nothing is happening. Here you can see my alertmanager.yml and alert.rules.yml
