Promql for filtering pods restert for the last workload deployed

I have a specific requirement to set rules for pods restart notifications only for the most recent workload deployed.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Rules are based on the data you have piped to prometheus, usually via exporters. What data do you have in prometheus to create rules from? Do you need to send it there first?
