Blackbox_exporter TCP TLS - time for TLS Handshake ?

Hello,

Blackbox_exporter with http Prober and TLS Shows how Long the TLS Handshake needs. Is this Not possible with TCP + TLS which is Not http/s ?

Is this Not possible or Not implemented?
