Solution to monitor Linux Server that has dynamic ip address

Hi all,

I wanted to know if there is a solution out there compatible with Prometheus that is able to expose process related metrics for dynamic IP address hosts so that Prometheus can scrape and store them. 

I am currently using the Process-Exporter for Linux servers that has static IP addresses but there is an additional requirement to be able to monitor processes on a Linux Cloud VM (CVM) which is essentially a Linux server that has dynamic IP addresses.
