Cardinality HTTP API query

Hi.

Is there any HTTP API which will help me provide the top 50 metrics with high cardinality, because the query in grafana is not resulting any data and gives BAD Gateway because it becomes a very heavy query.

Not really 50, but you can look at the TSDB status page, or the
/api/v1/status endpoint.
