Kubernetes NetworkPolicies and Prometheus

We want to create a NetworkPolicy for the namespace that runs Prometheus. But when I create the NetworkPolicy and bounce the Prometheus Pods.

We however run into errors when the pods restart:

How do you advise we create NetworkPolicies around Prometheus in Kubernetes?
