How to monitor UP and downtime in Prometheus

Hi Team,
I have done a basic setup of Prometheus in Linux as well and I created a client-server also
Job name: royalcakeProduction
Scrap_duration : 5min
Scrap_timeout: 10s
instance="https://royalcakeclub.com"
job="royalcakeProduction"
I want to create a Dashboard where I can monitor Instance UP and Downtime, please let me how can i achieve this type of dashboard with a graphical representation
