to Prometheus Users

When I use the metric prometheus_sd_discovered_targets it only shows the targets discovered in the same data center as the prometheus instance.

I have servers/services across multiple datacenters. All of these are shown when looking at the prometheus/Targets view and the prometheus/Service Discovery view.

I'm wondering why prometheus_sd_discovered_targets doesn't show info from all the datacenter?
