Under Sam’s friendly auspices, Matthias and myself have been working on the first draft of our scope document:

Please do the following by end of Friday May 28 (some two weeks from time of writing):

1. Provide feedback, especially around the assumptions and user stories.

2. Comment directly in the GDoc above and/or here on the mailing list or use the #monitoring-mixins channel on the Kubernetes Slack community.

3. By show of hands, can you please express if you’re interested to work with us, in the context of the scope suggested. This expression can be anything from general support to interest in implementations.
