Announcing new maintainers for various repositories

As announced yesterday on this mailing list, Brian Brazil is now an alumnus of the project. The Prometheus team has therefore proposed new maintainers for the incredible amount of repositories maintained by Brian so far. Here is a list of the proposals with links to the respective pull requests:

According to our governance, changes in maintainership are subject to lazy consensus. If no member of the Prometheus team raises an objection, I will merge the PRs above early next week and adjust the GitHub org settings accordingly.
In awe of the number and importance of the repositories listed above, this is yet another opportunity to thank Brian for the superhuman quality and quantity of his work.
In different news: We have been a bit sloppy recently with announcing maintainer changes, so for completeness, here is a list for past changes that haven’t been announced on this mailing list yet:
- prometheus/alertmanager: @stuartnelson3 has resigned on 2020-02-13. @mxinden has resigned on 2020-01-02.
- prometheus/exporter-toolkit: @roidelapluie and @SuperQ became official maintainers on 2020-01-23. (This repository is new and had no MAINTAINERS.md files previously.)
