Governance Working Group

Hi,

At the in-person Dev Summit in May there was a lot of interest in updating the Prometheus project governance.

I was volunteered to organize this discussion. To that end, I want to kick off a working group. If you are interested in the topic, please fill in this Doodle even if none of the dates work for you.

A mailing list will follow shortly, I am still finalizing the setup for that.

To keep track of the progress I have created this document.
