Python Library for Prometheus

Hello,

We wrote a pip installable Python library - Collectington - to convert any 3rd party APIs into a format that can be consumed by Prometheus and would like to add the service to the official Prometheus page for the list of available exporters.

I wanted to consult with the development team prior to making a PR. Any advice would be welcomed!
