[HELP!] Prometheus Remote Read

I've been trying to solve this issue for more than a month. Its regarding Allow Prometheus to use ReadRequest_STREAMED_XOR_CHUNKS when calling remote read API. 

The test cases pass on my laptop but fail on circle ci. This is the PR https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/pull/7354

Can someone please help me by looking at the PR and why its throwing a context canceled error https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/prometheus/prometheus/9514/workflows/9ca116a0-5e6f-42f7-84cb-4a837de905d4/jobs/41827? Its been tough for me to debug this mainly cause it passes on my laptop but not on circle ci and I have no idea why.

I'm almost at the final stages of pushing this change out. Would be glad to get a helping hand.
