Hi 👋

Two changes on top of rc.0 :

* Fixed potential cases of panics when accessing some API endpoints before TSDB is ready (federation, status etc)

* Fixed typo in /status endpoint for MinTime (it was wrongly showing MaxTime in 2.17).
