Hello Prometheans,

The second release candidate for the 2.34 series has been created with the same deadlock and CVE fixes seen in v2.33.5, as well as some new fixes listed below.

As always, we greatly appreciate it if you can test this release candidate and provide any feedback.

Binaries are available on the GitHub release page, and container images are available at Quay and Docker Hub.
