Prometheus 2.38.0 is available

Hi everyone,

We just published the final release of Prometheus 2.38.0!

The UI now allows pretty-formatting your PromQL expressions, the DNS discovery added support for using MX records for discovery, and a new "toTime()" template function helps you deal with sample timestamps in templates. Other than that, there are a few minor enhancements and bug fixes in this release.
