Hello everyone,

The first release candidate of Prometheus 2.18 has been released.

Some key features are a new generic HTTP-based service discovery mechanism, service discovery support for Linode, as well as support for displaying trace exemplars in the graphing interface. The new experimental PromQL editor is now enabled by default.

- See https://quay.io/repository/prometheus/prometheus?tab=tags and

Please help us test this release candidate and provide us with feedback!

Regards,
Julius

Apologies, I don't know how 2.18 instead of 2.28 came into my head :)

Of course I meant 2.28!
