Prometheus v2.28.1 is released!

Hi everyone,

We just released Prometheus 2.28.1.

This fixes three bugs in Prometheus 2.28.0, two of which were in the newly added HTTP service discovery mechanism (so they only affect you if you started using HTTP SD with 2.28), and one of which caused Prometheus to output a lot of debug-level log messages in some situations even when logging wasn't set to debug level (after a refactoring, there was a mismatch in various library components around how log levels were handled).
