Prometheus v2.29.0-rc.2 is available

Hello Prometheans,

We just finished up the 2.29.0-rc.2 release. Compared to rc.1 this primarily contains a bug fix for the new Kuma service discovery. Performance benchmarks were already looking good on the previous release candidates, so I expect the final release to go out on Wednesday should there not be any more major bug reports.
