Prometheus v2.29.2 is available

Hello Prometheans,

We just released a patch release for the v2.29 release series. It includes two bug fixes, one to make Kubernetes Ingress service discovery work with Kubernetes 1.22, and the other fixes a race condition when replaying the write-ahead-log (WAL).
