Prometheus 2.51 is released

Greetings from KubeCon and Observability Day!

I'm pleased to announce that version 2.51.0 is now released.

New features include relabel rules for AlertManager routing and a limit parameter on some APIs.

There are also improvements for Native Histograms and performance, plus bug-fixes in rate(), remote-write and Azure service discovery.
